The annual meeting of the congregation (and awesome potluck) will be on Sunday, January 26, 2025. The potluck will start at 10:30 am (or so) with the meeting following. This is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the past year and look ahead to where God is calling us in 2025. The annual report will be available at Grace on Sunday, January 12.

According to the Grace Constitution, the following reports will be submitted at the annual congregation meeting:

• the Pastor’s annual report,

• reports by the president and treasurer, and

• committee reports for the various ministries of the congregation.

The council will also present the annual budget for 2025, which will be voted on by the congregation. 

Elections will be held for one new Council member and two representatives to the synod assembly, which will be on Saturday May 17 in Des Moines. According to the Grace Constitution, members of Grace may vote at the annual meeting if they have been confirmed as a member of Grace through affirmation of baptism, transfer, or affirmation of faith.
